Sunday 28 September - A NITE OF AFRICAN MUSIC - For the first time ever in Aylesbury MNA'S in association with Yobo Yes productions are proud to present A NITE OF AFRICAN MUSIC.

You will hear Kwaito, Sokous, Afro-Jazz, Ndombolo, Chimurenga, Ragga, Hip-Hop, & Afro Beats. This will be presented by DJ ZOLA and MC LOVA. The party starts at 9pm and goes on 'til late.

'SOUL ON SUNDAY' - on the first sunday of each month we bring you award winning presenter Roy McNabb playing Smooth Grooves and Reggae with a hint of Gospel (it IS sunday after all).

INTERNATIONAL JAM NIGHT - a chance for all types of musicians and vocalists to get together and play with our resident band The Ruiz Brothers. Jazz, Blues, Jazz Funk and R&B all played; other genres considered. Just turn up with your instrument and JAM! If you are a lover of live music come along and watch the music making process in action.

SALSA continues each Tuesday night. Add all this to our great friday and saturday LIVE BAND & DJ packages and you will see why The Base remains what is probably Aylesbury's best quality entertainment venue.

TROPICAL THURSDAYS - due to popular demand, we have moved Zavannah back to playing on Thursday nights. They will continue playing their selection of live Caribbean flavoured music including reggae, soca, jazz, funk and R&B. Martin Da Boss will also be doing his thing on the decks. Entry is Free until 11pm and we stay open until late.

'Mood@MNA'S' - In response to numerous requests from members and guests, we have decided to make the upstairs area available as a RELAXATION ZONE at our busiest times. So if you are in the MOOD for MUSIC & DANCING - go downstairs to The Base, if you are in the MOOD for RELAXING & CHATTING - go upstairs to The Base. This concept will start off on Fridays & Saturdays from midnight until closing time.
