Starters

Parsnip and Leek soup, drizzled with a fragrant curry oil

Chicken and Wild Mushroom Terrine served with black pepper mayonnaise garnished with baby gem, Parmesan and crispy bacon salad

Salmon Fishcake served with a tomato and fine bean salad, Thai vinaigrette with lemon grass


Main Course

Roast Turkey served with roast potatoes, parsnips, chipolata with an apricot and sage stuffing and roasted gravy

Seared Fillet of Bream served with fennel and coriander risotto, with a prawn and lobster bisque

Pan fried Sirloin Steak accompanied by roasted winter vegetables and potatoes with a red wine and thyme sauce

Goats Cheese Pativier with sautéed courgettes, cherry tomatoes and olives served with pepper coulis and rocket oil

Selection of seasonal vegetables


Desserts

Christmas Pudding and Mince Pie served with rum and raisin ice cream and a vanilla crème Anglaise

Individual Lemon and Lime Cheesecake, mango and pineapple compote with sugar runout

Chocolate and Orange Tart, crème mint and vanilla ice cream
